Chris Thorpe - Chief Executive Officer

Chris Thorpe is the CEO of MobileActive Limited and one of its founders.

Chris is an expert in the global mobile entertainment and telecommunications industry with over 15 years managerial experience and a proven track record gained in the United States, Europe and Australia.

Chris combines this experience with a financial background that gives him a great insight and understanding of the industry, its issues and trends and the requirements needed to deliver a successful business and associated services.

Chris has been at the forefront of the mobile entertainment and telecommunications industry leading with a number of key innovations

Providing MobileActive with vision, drive and opportunities to capitalise on its position as a leading mobile entertainment service provider.

When Chris takes time out from his CEO role, his main priority is his young family and he actively supports a number of charities including World Vision and the entertainment industry charity which focuses on disadvantaged children - The Golden Stave.

Chris also leads a crew who actively participate in Sydney's sailing calendar having secured a number of high profile victories through Middle Harbour Yacht Club.

Neil Wiles - Managing Director

Neil Wiles created, developed and grew the wholly owned mobile/wireless subsidiary GlobalOne Mobile Entertainment Pty Ltd, as its CEO, prior to its business becoming the principle focus of the parent company MobileActive Limited when it restructured in November 2005. He was subsequently appointed to the position of Managing Director of MobileActive Limited.

As a Managing Director and CEO, he has successfully built and marketed businesses in the Building, Entertainment, Internet/IT and Telecommunications industries locally and internationally.

Neil's expertise is built on more than twenty two years in the Entertainment industry and more than twelve years in the Internet/IT and Telecommunications industries which has been acknowledged with numerous awards. In the entertainment industry this has included having managed and marketed, local and international, music distribution and publishing rights for a number of high profile music artists with the subsequent achievement of multiple Gold and Platinum accreditations.

In the Internet/IT and Telecommunications industries, this has included having developed the business that delivered extensive online content and customer community management solutions to A-list clients, including ColesMyer, EMI, Telstra, SONY Playstation, OPTUS, Warner Music and Microsoft.

Neil is regarded as a prolific innovator. For instance, he created, devised and delivered the world's first media Triple Cast bringing together Apple Computer, Telstra, 9 Television network and Triple M radio network to execute the uniquely synchronized Internet, radio and television event. He is listed by B&T Digital as one of the 40 Biggest Players of Australia's Digital Age. The Australian Direct Marketing Association, the nation's peak body for information-based marketing with more than 500 member organisations, named Neil Wiles the 2008 "Mobile Marketer of the Year."

Neil is an active industry participant. He was a regular IT features writer and contributor to The Australian Newspaper and The Music Network on the convergence of Entertainment and Technology. Neil has acted on the Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) Mobile Marketing Council and as Chairman of the committee for Pre-assessment Guidelines for the Classification of Mobile Content. Also as a member of the Mobile Premium Services Industry’s review committee, to monitor and review Australian regulations for mobile premium services, and is one of six industry representatives that constitute the MPS working group, who developed the Mobile Premium Services code, as registered by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

Paul Jeronimo - Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Paul Jeronimo Having over 19 years finance experience working with ASX listed and multinational organisations, as a qualified CPA, Chartered Secretary and CFO Paul’s career spans two decades with a strong background in consumer communications, telecommunications and technology industries.

Paul's experience includes working in various roles for Philips Electronics and Consumer Communications (mobile division) during the 1990's and as CFO and Company Secretary of ASX listed Mobile Innovations Limited and Engin Limited from 2003 until 2008.

Paul was a co-founder of Engin Limited, Australia’s leading broadband telephony company, established in 2004. He has extensive experience and a successful track record in business planning, financial modelling and capital raising, for companies both in Australia as well as in the United Kingdom.

Allan Robertson - Chief Operating Officer

Allan Robertson joined MobileActive in the role of Chief Operating Officer in November 2007 and brings invaluable experience to the company following 15 years at Australia's leading telecommunications companies.

Previous roles at Optus included Director Optus Wholesale Mobile and Director Optus Mobile Partners. In these roles Allan had revenue under management up to $600m pa. As a member of the Optus Mobile management team from 1999 to 2004 Allan contributed to an unprecedented period of growth for Optus mobile by growing a 60% market share in the wholesale mobile market.

During this time Allan was intimately involved in bringing to market Australia's most successful and first true MVNO, Virgin Mobile. Allan later served as a board member for Virgin Mobile and Optus subsidiary Simplus.

In 2002 Allan launched the 3rd party content business for Optus mobile and through this business developed the commercial and technical infrastructure that underpinned the launch of Optus' mobile content portal, Optus Zoo. This experience combined with 3 years as Sales Director at Telstra Wholesale has seen him become a widely networked and respected figure in Australian telecommunications.

Allan brings to MobileActive a proven ability to manage complex commercial environments, the experience of implementing carrier grade technical solutions and valuable insights to the commercial drivers of the major carriers.
